A VIGA TION EASEMENT STATE OF TEXAS ~ COUNTY OF LAMAR ~ WHEREAS, we, Bobby Lee Lemons, Jr. and Kari Ann Lemons, of Lamar County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, are the owners of that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, more particularly described as follows: SITUATED in Lamar County, Texas, being part of a tract of land conveyed to Bobby Lee Lemons, Jr. and wife Kari Ann Lemons by a deed recorded in Book 983, Page 319 of the Real Property Records of Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING in the North Boundary Line of said tract of land, said point also being in the South Boundary Line of a tract of land conveyed to the City of Paris by a deed recorded in Book 321, Page 422 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, said point also being North 88008'0011 East a distance of 45.82 feet from the most Southern Sou thwest Corner of said City of Paris Tract; THENCE North 88008'0011 East along the North Boundary Line of said Lemons tract and the South Boundary Line said City of Paris tract a distance of 625.09 feet to a point; THENCE South 11040'26" East a distance of 1290.88 feet to a point; THENCE South 86051'25" West a distance of 1010.00 feet to a point; THENCE North 5023'16" East a distance of 1304.96 feet to the place of BEGINNING and containing 24.09 acres of land. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant unto the CITY OF PARIS, Lamar County, Texas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called Grantee, its successors and assigns, for the use and benefit of the public, an easement and right-of-way, appurtenant to Cox Field Airport, for the passage of all aircraft ("aircraft" being defined for the purposes of this instrument as any contrivance now known or hereafter invented, used, or EXHIBIT 1L
