It appears iliat ilie replat complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Change from two lots to one lot to match the preliminary plat. <br />2. The bacteriological test iliat was taken did not pass. This test must be repeated and <br />passed before any taps will be made to the new line. <br />3. The drainage shall be approved by TXDOT prior to a driveway pennit being issued by <br />the City of Paris. <br />4. The culverts for the driveway shaH be concrete and have safety end treatments. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
