Wilson, Managing Partner <br />1401 3rd S.W. <br />Paris, Texas 75460 <br /> <br />the receipt of which is acknowledged and confessed, has conveyed and quitclaimed <br />and by these presents does convey and quitclaim unto said purchaser all of the right, <br />title and interest of CITY OF PARIS, PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, <br />PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE and LAMAR COUNTY and all other taxing units <br />interested in the tax foreclosure judgment against the property herein conveyed, <br />acquired by tax foreclosure sale heretofore held, said property being located in the <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, PARIS JUNIOR <br />COLLEGE DISTRICT, LAMAR COUNTY, Texas, and described as follows: <br /> <br />SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan <br />Survey, and being Lot 4, City Block 178-A, number 250 South Main <br />Street, and described in Sheriffs Tax Deed to CITY OF PARIS, <br />TRUSTEE, dated October 29, 1997, recorded in Volume 727, Page <br />109, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary Line of South <br />Main Street, being the Southeast corner of Lot 3, City Block 178-A; <br />THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of South Main <br />Street a distance of 51 feet to a point for corner, being the Northeast <br /> <br />-1- <br />
