<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-092 <br />JOINT RESOLUTION NO. J98-oOl <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists two vacancies on the membership of the Paris-Lamar County <br />Board of Health due to the resignations of Dr. Charles Tarvin and Dr. David Brock, and it is <br />necessary to appoint their successors; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, with the advice of the <br />County Judge of Lamar County, Texas, does hereby recommend the appointment of Dr. Caroline <br />Wilson to serve the unexpired term of Dr. Charles Tarvin, and Dr. Ed Clark to serve the <br />unexpired term formerly held by Dr. David Brock, which ends December 31, 1998; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND THE <br />COMMISSIONERS COURT OF THE COUNTY OF LAMAR, that Dr. Caroline Wilson be, <br />and she is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Dr. Charles Tarvin, and Dr. Ed Clark <br />to serve the unexpired term formerly held by Dr. David Brock which ends December 31, 1998, <br />as members of the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Charles H.
