<br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />s <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />That the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation, of the County of Lamar, State <br /> <br />of Texas, by and through its Mayor, Charles H. Neeley, duly authorized, for and in consideration of <br /> <br />the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-Five and 97/1 00 Dollars ($845.97), in hand paid by the Grantee <br /> <br />herein named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have QUITCLAIMED, and by these <br /> <br />presents do QUITCLAIM, unto Olma Smith Leinart, Grantee, of the County of Lamar, State of <br /> <br />Texas, all of its interest in and to the following described real property situated in Lamar County, <br /> <br />Texas, to-wit: <br /> <br />SlTUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar <br />and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, being a part of a 30 acre tract <br />described in a receivers deed from Hutchison Rediever to A. E. Stephens dated May <br />21, 1940, being Lot 12, City Block 297, being number 2310 19th Street N.W., being <br />the same property described in deed from A. E. Stephens and wife, Nora Stephens, <br />to 1. H. Smith and wife, Carrie Smith, dated March 29, 1946, recorded in Volume <br />277, Page 475, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, also being the same property <br />described in special warranty deed from Roy L. Smith to the City of Paris, recorded <br />in Volume 237, Page 135, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the W cst Boundary Line of the above-mentioned <br />Stephens tract at a point located 35 yards South of the Southwest Corner of a tract <br />described in deed from A. E. Stephens and wife, Nora Stephens, to Arthur C. <br />Maroney, dated December 13, 1945, and recorded in Volume 277, Page 335, Deed <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas; <br />THENCE South with the West Boundary Line of the Stephens tract a distance <br />of 3 5 yards to a stake; <br />THENCE East a distance of 138.3 yards to a stake; <br />THENCE North a distance of35 yards to a stake; <br />THENCE West parallel with the South Boundary Line of the Maroney Tract <br />a distance of 138.3 yards to the place of beginning, containing 1 acre ofland, more <br />or less. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of its right, title, and interest in and to the above-described <br /> <br />J:XHIBITA <br />
