<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-086 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LIBRARY ADVISORY <br />BOARD OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jackie Alsobrook, Sarah Gambill, Deborah Hatley, <br />as members of the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2006; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor ofthe City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointments <br />of Jackie Alsobrook and Deborah Hatley and the appointment of Hilda Mallory for terms of <br />three (3) years, beginning July 1,2006, and ending June 30, 2009; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P ARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Jackie Alsobrook and Deborah Hatley be, and they are hereby, <br />reappointed and that Hilda Mallory be, and she is hereby, appointed to serve as members of the <br />Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 2006, <br />and ending June 30, 2009. <br /> <br />Section 3.
