<br />D. 1008 S. Main Street - Reggie Hodges. No action taken because the <br />property owner is considering another design. <br /> <br />3. Consideration of and action on awarding the following facade grants: <br /> <br />A. 646, 648, and 718 S. Main Street - John and Denise Williams. Motion <br />was to approve the facade grant by Brian Wear, seconded by Becki <br />Norment. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />B. 108 Lamar Avenue - Larry Rhea. Motion was to approve the facade <br />grant by Jerry Raper, seconded by Brian Wear. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />C. 504 1st Street H. LJv. - Billy Lawrence. Motion was to approve the facade <br />grant by Brian Wear, seconded by Becki Norment. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />4. Consideration of and action on recommending approval of the following <br />requests for tax exemption: <br /> <br />A. 646, 648, and 718 S. Main Street - John and Denise Williams. Motion <br />was made to approve the request for tax exemption by Sue Lancaster, <br />seconded by Pike Burkhart <br /> <br />----- CONSENT AGENDA ----- <br /> <br />[Items appearing on this consent agenda may be approved by a single <br />vote of the Commission, with such approval applicable to all items <br />appearing on said agenda. If any Commission member desires to <br />discuss and consider separately any item appearing on the consent <br />agenda, that Commission member may do so by requesting that the <br />item be removed from the consent agenda and considered as a <br />separate item.] <br /> <br />5. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the City <br />of Paris: <br /> <br />A. 459 - 4651st Street H.E. <br /> <br />B. 951 7th Street H.E. <br /> <br />C. 944 7th Street H.E. <br />
