Band Commission - Expired 2006 <br />June 28, 2006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BAND COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OFP ARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS <br />RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Patsy Daniels and Edwin Pickle, as members of the <br />Band Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris has reappointed Patsy Daniels and Edwin <br />Pickle for terms of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2008, and has <br />submitted the names of such persons to the City Council for confirmation; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P ARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the reappointments of Patsy Daniels and Edwin Pickle as members of <br />the Band Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning July 1,2006, <br />and ending June 30, 2008, be, and the same are hereby, confirmed. <br /> <br />Section 3.
