It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Provide a contact person for the developer. <br />2. Change the Utility easement for the proposed and existing sewer line to 30-feet. <br />3. Add "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purposes Only" to the plat. <br />4. In the General Notes #4 add "a minimum" in front of 25-foot. <br />5. Submit construction plans for the subdivision to the City of Paris Engineering <br />Department for review. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
