<br />, <br />~ <br />I <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, <br />City Engineer I <br /> <br />DA TE: July 5, 2006 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Chisum Square # 1 <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />1. Show all of the affected utilities in the 15- foot easement that will be relocated. <br />2. Provide a 20- foot utility easement along the loop frontage. <br />3. Label the zoning as general retail (GR). <br />4. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. The <br />plan should include: grading, drainage, utilities and other proposed construction. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
