It appears that the master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.

1. Provide a contact person for the developer.
2. Label all Right-of-Ways (ROW) that are not 50-feet wide.
3. Show all proposed storm sewer and drainage structures.
4. All drainage areas that point discharge off site will require an off-site drainage easement
from the adjacent property owner.
5. Provide a column in the Drainage Data table that tells the termination point of all the
drainage areas.
6. Provide more details on proposed inlets locations and sizes.
7. Clearly define the drainage areas and remove the phasing information.
8. Provide a second sheet for everything but drainage with no contours.
9. In the General Notes #5 add "a minimum" in front of 25-foot.

I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.

cc: Tony N.
