Approving and authorizing the execution of the Certificate of <br />Substantial Completion and to close out the Construction Contract for <br />the new Police & Courts Building. <br /> <br />8. Report from Police Chief Karl Louis regarding a limit to the number of pets <br />allowed within the city limits and what other cities are doing. <br /> <br />9. Discussion of possible additional disannexation of City-owned property, being <br />southwest portion of Lake Crook property and Cox Field Airport property. <br /> <br />10. Citizens Forum. <br /> <br />(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to <br />two (2) minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance <br />notice of the subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to <br />appear on the agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the <br />matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with <br />specific factual information.
