<br />City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. Lisa Wright advised Mr. Gore that <br />he must contact the Building Division to get a roofing permit, and the materials used <br />must comply with Code. She further advised that the entire house must pass Code <br />or any work done will not qualify the house to be spared from demolition. <br /> <br />4. Status report related to properties on which the Commission has previously issued <br />orders. Lisa Wright advised the Commission that, with a combination of voluntary <br />demolitions and demolitions done by the City, approximately 100 houses had been tom down <br />over the past several months. She also advised the Commission that she and Todd Varner <br />had recently inspected the interior of the Faber house on 31 st S.E. under an administrative <br />search warrant. She stated that the house was in very poor condition and may not be <br />salvageable. She advised the Commission that this house, although unique and potentially <br />historic, may be brought before the Commission at some point in the future. <br /> <br />5.
