It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Show all trees 19-inches in diameter and larger. <br />2. Provide an inset in the top right comer with the current lot configuration. <br />3. Show the site as Block A, Lot l. <br />4. Label the wavy line going east and west. <br />5. Show the current zoning as general retail (GR). <br />6. Provide a dimension from the center of Lamar Ave. to the property line. <br />7. Add a five-foot utility easement along Lamar Ave. <br />8. Provide construction plans to the Engineering Department and Building plans to <br />Community Development. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
