<br />Reno Animal Control <br /> <br />Ordinance No. PD-08 <br /> <br />remaining portions and those provided for w.ithin this Ordinance shall remaIn <br />in full force and effect. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />All Ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent they are In <br />conflict. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Any remaining portions of said Ordinances shall remaIn In full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />Section. 21 <br /> <br />Repeal. <br /> <br />This Ordinance specifically repeals the City's "Leash Law" Ordinance Number 1427.1. <br /> <br />Section. 22 Time Deadlines. <br /> <br />All time deadlines referenced in this Ordinance expire (end) at 5:00 p.m. on the date <br />mentioned or referenced in the individual Sections. Calculations for beginning time periods <br />include the date or any portion of a date that a notice \vas received, or a procedure or behavior <br />was observed. <br /> <br />Section. 23 Effective Date <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage of the City Council of <br />the City of Reno, Texas. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />.,...- <br />
