If this agreement is approved by the Mayor and City Council, please have the Mayor
sign and return one original to my office. The following provides a general overview of our
experience in representing municipal governments, including adopting, applying and amending
city charters. Although our web site revisions are in progress due to upgrades last month to our
computer and telephone systems, and the recent addition of two attorneys, further information
is available on our web site at attorneys@cityattorneytexas.com. A brief personal resume is attached as Exhibit" A" . Sheila
Limon, a salaried partner with ten years experience as a lawyer (eight of which has been
exclusively in municipal law) actively represents many of our clients.
