<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Z~ing Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P <br />City Enginee~!/ . e tor of Public Works <br /> <br />DATE: August 3] , 2006 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Santa Fe Crossing <br /> <br />I have reviewed the final plat of 'the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br /> <br />]. Label the lots on the plan view and field notes to Lots 1, 2 and 3 instead of 12, 13 and <br />13A respectively. <br />2. Change the spellings of "Sante Fe" to Santa Fe. <br />3. Remove the random lines from the plan view. <br />4. Show a three-foot Right-of-Way (ROW) dedication for N. Main St. <br />5. Show a five-foot ROW dedication on ] st St. N.W. <br />6. The subdivision lot boundary does not close, redo the lot closure after the ROW <br />dedications. <br />7. Provide new lot comer monuments after ROW dedication. <br />8. Show the distance from the center of 1 st St. NW and N. Main St. to the property line. <br /> <br />1 recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
