<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: House-Ori Development <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />It appears that the <br />with the following <br /> <br />1. Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) width for Tudor Street. <br />2. Label the water lines as a 24-inch RCCP to the North and a 20-inch CI to the East. <br />3. Remove the 625 in front of 25th NE Street. <br />4. Show the subdivision as Block A, Lot 1. <br />5. Provide a I a-foot ROW dedication along 25th NE Street; this is a collector level roadway <br />(60-foot minimum ROW width). <br />6. Show the current zoning as PD-b (Planned Development-Housing development or <br />community unit development). A site plan will need to be submitted to P&Z and City <br />Council for approval. <br />7. Show a six-foot utility easement along the northern and southern property lines for the <br />franchise utilities. <br />8. Provide construction plans to the Engineering Department. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
