Authorizing the City Manager to cast the vote for the City of Paris for the <br />Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (Workers' <br />Compensation, Property and Liability) Board of Trustees Election for <br />Places 11, 12, 13, and 14. <br /> <br />B. Approving and authorizing the execution of DSHS Document No. <br />75600220672007 Contract Change Notice No. 01 (ATTACHMENT NO. 02- <br />Immunization Branch - Locals), for regional and local medical services. <br /> <br />C. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Medical Services Contract <br />with Jon K. Plummer, M.D. for 2006-2007. <br /> <br />D. Approving and authorizing the execution of Addendum No.1 to the <br />Fourth Amended Landfill Services Contract with Waste Management <br />Company, d/b/a B&B Equipment Company providing for a rate increase. <br /> <br />8. Presentation on the 211 System. <br /> <br />9. Citizens Forum. <br /> <br />(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to <br />two (2) minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance <br />notice of the subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to <br />appear on the agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the <br />matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with <br />specific factual information. Claims against the City and individual personnel <br />appeals are not appropriate for Citizens Forum). <br /> <br />10. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate a contract with a consultant to assist the <br />City of Paris with amendments to the City Charter. <br /> <br />11. Report from Jon Clack regarding the City of Paris Drought Contingency Plan. <br /> <br />13. Possible future agenda items. <br /> <br />14.
