It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions: <br /> <br />1. Change the 10-foot set back line on the North property line to a setback line and utility <br />easement from the alley Right-of-Way (ROW) to the Collegiate ROW line. <br />2. Show the existing finished floor elevation. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
