<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2006-035 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF SECTION 20-4 TO CHAPTER 20, <br />LIBRARY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF P ARIS, PARIS, TEXAS <br />ASSESSING A FORTY DOLLAR ($40.00) ANNUAL FEE PER F AMIL Y FOR THOSE <br />LIBRARY PATRONS RESIDING OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, AND DECLARING THE SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO <br />EFFECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES ORP ARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 20-4, Chapter 20 ofthe Code of Ordinances, City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same is hereby, repealed and declared null and void and of no effect. <br /> <br />Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3.
