That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. <br />1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOTS 1, lA, AND 2, <br />CITY BLOCK 340, REQUESTED BY WILL BIARD, AGENT FOR NORMAN MONTGOMERY, <br />OWNER, so as to include in such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and <br />that the boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) be, and the same are hereby, <br />established as follows: <br /> <br />Tract One: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits ofthe City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the James Bourland Survey #69, and being a <br />called 4.172 acre tract of land conveyed Charles R.
