Revising Section 31-65 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Paris and revising the Traffic Control Map to provide for stop signs at <br />the following locations: <br /> <br />(1) Stop Eastgate at 47th St. SE, stopping westbound traffic. <br /> <br />(2) Stop Stephens at 47th St. SE, stopping westbound traffic. <br /> <br />(3) Stop 48th St. SE at Eastgate, stopping northbound traffic. <br /> <br />(4) Stop 48th St. SE at Stephens, stopping southbound traffic. <br /> <br />B. Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Southern <br />Disposal, Inc. for the purpose of engaging in the business of collecting <br />or transporting solid waste from commercial and industrial units within <br />the city limits ofthe city of Paris, Texas, and finding a public necessity <br />and convenience for issuance of said permit. <br /> <br />7. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br /> <br />A. Approving the sale of tax delinquent property described as a mobile <br />home (Property 10 #107637) located at the Shady Oaks Mobile Home <br />Park, 1825 NE Loop 286. <br /> <br />B. Approving and authorizing Addendum No. One to the Interlocal <br />Agreement between the City of Paris and the Paris Independent School <br />District for provision of School Resource Officer Services dated August <br />14,2006. <br /> <br />C. Approving and authorizing Addendum No. One to the Interlocal <br />Agreement between the City of Paris and the North Lamar Independent <br />School District for provision of School Resource Officer Services dated <br />August 14, 2006. <br /> <br />D. Approving and authorizing the execution of an Engagement Letter for <br />Legal Services with the law firm of Bovey, Akers & Bojorquez for <br />consulting services to assist the City of Paris in making Amendments <br />to the City Charter. <br /> <br />r" <br />
