<br />OWNER, so as to include in such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and <br />that the boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) be, and the same are hereby, <br />established as follows: <br /> <br />Tract One: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the James Bourland Survey #69, and being a <br />called 4.172 acre tract of land conveyed Charles R. Greb by deed recorded in Vol. <br />632, Page 361, of the Deed Records of said County and State, being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin (f) for comer at the Southeast comer of said <br />4.172 acre tract; <br />THENCE North 89 Deg. 55 Min. West a distance of816.8 feetto an iron pin <br />(s) for comer at the Southwest comer of said 4.172 acre tract; <br />THENCE North 0 Deg. 31 Min. East along the East Boundary Line of 7th <br />NW a distance of 241 feet to an iron pin (s) for comer at the most Westerly <br />Northwest comer of said 4.172 acre tract; <br />THENCE along the Southerly Boundary Line of Loop Hwy 286 as follows: <br />North 89 Deg. 45 Min. East 33.2 ft. to a concrete marker (f); North 55 Deg. 11 Min. <br />East 71.4 ft. to a concrete marker(f); South 78 Deg. 57 Min. East 459 ft. to a concrete <br />marker (f); South 84 Deg. 35 Min. East 248.4 ft. to a concrete marker (f); South 30 <br />Deg. East 115.3 ft. to a concrete marker (f) for comer at the most Easterly Northeast <br />comer of said 4.172 acre tract; <br />THENCE South 24 Deg. 28 Min. West along the Westerly Boundary Line of <br />State Hwy 24 a distance of 78.8 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 4.18 <br />acres of land. <br /> <br />Tract Two: <br />SITU A TED within the city limits of the City of Paris, being a part of the <br />James Bourland Survey, being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the West Boundary Line of State Highway No. 24 <br />at its intersection with the North Boundary Line of a 56 acre tract ofland conveyed <br />by 1. C. Crowley to W. C. Walker by deed recorded in Deed Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas <br />THENCE South 891/2 Deg. West a distance of820 feetto a stake on the East <br />edge of the Cooper Road, and continuing West a distance of20 feet to the center of <br />said road; <br />THENCE South a distance of 176 feet to a stake in the center of said Cooper <br />Road; <br />THENCE East a distance of756 feet to a stake in the West Boundary Line of <br />State Highway No. 24; <br />THEN CE with the West Boundary Line of said Highway North 23 Deg. West <br />a distance of200 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.29 acres ofland, being <br />2940 and 2950 South Church Street, Paris, Texas. <br />
