<br />needed with other law firms selected by you to provide more specialized legal <br />representation on particular projects. We will receive direction from the City Council, <br />the City Manager, and such other City personnel as are identified by the Council and <br />Manager. <br /> <br />Financial Arrangements <br />The hourly rate for all attorneys at our firm who work on your account will be $135.00 <br />per hour, which will include time spent traveling to or from the City of Paris, TX during <br />normal business hours of eight o'clock a.m. to five o'clock p.m., with expenses for travel <br />at other times being limited to actual expenses or mileage only at the current IRS rate. In <br />addition the City will be billed for actual, reasonable, expenses such as photocopies, <br />faxing, long distance, motel, rental cars, and air fare, if applicable. No retainer is <br />necessary. BAB bills in increments of a tenth of an hour (i.e., every six (6) minutes). <br />You will receive a detailed monthly accounting of services rendered by the finn. <br /> <br />Termination <br /> <br />Either party shall have the right to tenninate this arrangement at any time by providing <br />written notice to the other party.
