<br />; thence easterly a distance of approximately 0.420 miles, a speed limit of 55 (fifty-five) <br />miles per hour at all times; thence in a northeasterly direction a distance of approximately 5.085 <br />miles, a speed limit of 60 (sixty) miles per hour at all times, thence southeasterly a distance of <br />approximately 0.916 miles, a speed limit of 55 (fifty-five) miles per hour at all times; thence <br />southeasterly a distance of approximately 0.841 miles, a speed limit of 50 (fifty) miles per hour at <br />all times to the intersection of Business US 82 and US 82; as evidenced by the attached plan is <br />hereby approved and made a part thereof. <br /> <br />Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinance in force in the City of Paris, Texas, <br />which conflict with the terms and provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they <br />conflict with this ordinance, but all other portions of said ordinance shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />Section 5. That any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a find not exceeding TWO <br />HUNDRED AND NOll 00 ($200.00) DOLLARS. <br /> <br />Section 6. That the fact that present traffic regulations are inadequate to control traffic in <br />areas covered by the ordinance creates an emergency which is here and now declared, and all rules <br />and regulations providing for the reading of ordinance is passed as an emergency measure and shall <br />be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and after the installation of <br />speed limit signs. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2006. <br /> <br />Richard Manning, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Janice Ellis, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />John D.
