FIELD NOTES / I Description of a 7.94 acre tract of land located on the East side of state Highway No. 24 approximately 1/J mile from.the intersection with Loop 286. ;' Said 7.94 acre tract being part of the George Bason Survey, Lamar County, Texas, also part of a 46 acre tract conveyed to Weldon Oyler and wife I Dorothy Jean Oyler by Deed recorded in Volume J20, Page J07 of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron rod in the East Boundary line of said state Highway No. 24 and being the Northwest corner of said 46 acre tract and the Southwest corner of a tract conveyed to Cooper Butane by Deed recorded in Volume 392, Page 429 of the Deed Records of said County; THENCE North 890 01' 11" East with the North line of said 46 acre tract a distance of 1071.90 feet to the Northeast corner of said 46 acre tract in the center line of a creek.
