Amending Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising Section 5-2, Running at Large, providing for the restriction of dogs walking on designated walking tracks and other public places within the city limits of the City of Paris. B. Amending Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by adding Section 5- 20 to Chapter 5, Animals and Fowls, providing for a limitation on the number of dogs and/or cats per household within the city limits of the City of Paris. C. Amending Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by adding a new Article III to Chapter 19 of said Code entitled Metals and Metal Dealers, being Sections 19-30 through 19-35, regulating the sale of secondhand metal. D. Disannexing a tract of land in the area of FM 905 not contiguous with the current outer boundaries of the City Limits of the City of Paris in response to a petition for such disannexation. 8. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: A. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Municipal Lease Agreement for the purchase of various items of equipment. B. Declaring support for the establishment of the Northeast Texas Regional Mobility Authority. C. Authorizing acceptance of a grant from the Anice Read Fund of the Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT), Texas Downtown Association (TDA), to fund lighting around Culbertson Fountain. D. Approving a Leadership Lamar County Project for Improvements to Williams Park bounded on the south by w. Henderson Street, on the east by 7th Street NW, and on the north by Park Street. E. Approving the Bylaws of the Texas Clean Air Cities Coalition, accepting membership in said Coalition, and appointing a representative to the Coalition.
