<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />fattomey/reswork/currentl Appt - Airport Advisory Board 2006 <br />November 28, 2006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY <br />BOARD; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO <br />THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Glen Chapman, Andrew F. Fasken, and Harry <br />Michalewicz, as members of the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris, will expire on <br />December 31, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment <br />of Glen Chapman, Andrew F. Fasken, and Harry Michalewicz for terms of three (3) years, <br />beginning January 1,2007, and ending December 31,2009; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Glen Chapman, Andrew F. Fasken, and Harry Michalewicz be, and they <br />are hereby, reappointed to serve as members of the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris <br />for terms of three (3) years, beginning January 1,2007, and ending December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />Section 3.
