<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />f:attorney\reswork\current\Appt - Traffic Commission - 2006 <br />November 28, 2006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE TRAFFIC <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS <br />AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Edward Ellis, as a member of the Traffic Commission of <br />the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment of <br />Ed Ellis for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1,2007, and ending December 31, 2009; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Ed Ellis be, and he is hereby, reappointed, to serve as a member of the <br />Traffic Commission ofthe City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1,2007, and <br />ending December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />Section 3.
