P&Z - 2006 <br />November 28, 2006 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER <br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Brad Archer, John Mark Spencer, Reeves Hayter, and <br />Bobby L. Myers, as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will <br />expire on December 31, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment <br />of Brad Archer, Reeves Hayter and Bobby L. Myers and the appointment of Darin Manning for <br />terms of three (3) years, beginning January 1,2007, and ending December 31, 2009; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS. <br /> <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Brad Archer, Reeves Hayter and Bobby L. Myers be, and they are <br />hereby, reappointed, and that Darin Manning be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as <br />members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) <br />years, beginning January 1,2007, and ending December 31,2009. <br /> <br />Section 3.
