BEGINNING at a point in the east right-of-way line of F.M. 905 (41St Street SE) for the
<br />northwest corner of that certain tract of land described in deed dated November 26,1997,
<br />to Bell, recorded in Volume 734, Page 64, of the Lamar County Real Property Records
<br />(L.C.R.P.R.);
