Monte Akers recommending not amending the sections, since the Committee was not going to address the franchise sections. Ernie Clark informed the Committee that he would ask Council to consider setting a special meeting to review and discuss the propositions. Due to a conflict in scheduling, Chairperson Cecil rescheduled the meeting from Thursday, January 25th to Friday, January 26th at 4:00 p.m. 7. Adjournment.
