It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Show and label all trees that are 19-inch diameter and larger. <br />2. Add a five-foot utility easement along the north, east and south property lines. <br />3. Add a ten-foot utility easement along the west property line. <br />4. The property is currently zoned planned development - a (PD-a). A detailed site plan <br />will need to be submitted. <br />5.
