<br />-----CONSENT AGENDA----- <br /> <br />4. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br /> <br />A. 714 Cedar Street <br />B. 525 8th Street S.E. <br />C. 106 12th Street N.E. <br />D. 1358 E. Price <br />E. 1076 8th Street N.E. <br />F. 505 Fitzhugh A venue <br />G. 810 12th Street S.E. <br />H. 743 E. Polk <br />I. 345 29th Street N.E. <br />J. 395 29th Street N.E. <br />K. 410 Fitzhugh Avenue <br />L. 946 Graham Street <br />M. 1031 9th Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Ann Rogers, to send all <br />except (K), 410 Fitzhugh, to the Building and Standards Commission for <br />demolition since they cannot be rehabilitated nor do they have significant <br />historical value. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Ann Rogers, to send (K) to <br />BSC for repair only. Motion carried 5-0. <br />
