J&A: Leading the way in community economic development since <br />19861! 1 <br /> <br />Chloe Johnson, CEcD, CPC <br />Principal <br /> <br />Chloe R. Johnson is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) with experience in <br />management of local Chambers of Commerce, state-wide industrial development <br />programs, and small business. She maintains membership in the International <br />Economic Development Council, Southern Economic Development Council, <br />Texas Economic Development Council, and the Texas Chamber of Commerce <br />Executives. <br /> <br />Chloe is also a Certified Personnel Consultant and is a member of the National <br />Association of Personnel Consultants. <br /> <br />She is currently serving on the Goodwill Industries Business Advisory Council <br />and is a graduate of Leadership Texas. <br /> <br />Mrs. Johnson has been Executive Director for the Chambers of Commerce in <br />the Texas cities of Quitman, Waxahachie and Grand Prairie and has served <br />as a consultant in the Industrial Locations Division of the Texas Economic <br />Development Commission, now known as The Governor's Office, Economic <br />Development and Tourism. She has assisted prospects in locating suitable sites <br />and has coordinated start-up training for employees and trained community <br />leaders to serve on economic development sales teams. <br /> <br />Currently she works with community leaders in building consensus through the <br />use of our- Team Talk program. In addition, she conducts executive searches <br />for cities, counties, ports, associations, convention and visitor's bureaus, law <br />enforcement, electric cooperatives, chambers of commerce and economic <br />development corpor-ations( as well as facilitating community economic <br />development seminars. <br /> <br />Since 1989 r'~rs.
