Revising Section 31-65 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris and revising the Traffic Control Map to provide for stop signs at the following locations: Stop 44th St. SWat Bonham Street (US 82), stopping north-bound traffic. Stop 11th St. NW at West Henderson, stopping north- and south-bound traffic. 9. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: A. Ordering the regular municipal election for the City of Paris to be held the 12th day of May, 2007, by the qualified voters of Districts 4,5, and 7 of the City of Paris. B. Approving the exemption for the City's election precinct from the bilingual requirement of the Texas Election Code. C. Authorizing the granting of an easement to SBC/A T& T for upgrading their current telecommunications facilities. D. Approving and authorizing the execution of Addendum No. Three to the lease between Archers for Christ and the City of Paris providing for the addition of area 8-A of the Official Hunting Map for lake Crook to said lease. E. Amending the Official Hunting Map for lake Crook by adding Area 8-A to the existing Archers for Christ Lease. r - .
