<br />ADDENDUM NUMBER THREE <br />TO LEASE AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 10,2001 <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS <br />AND ARCHERS FOR CHRIST <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />) <br />) <br />) <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation and body politic <br />located in Lamar County, Texas, hereinafter referred to as LESSOR, and the Archers for Christ <br />of Paris, Texas, a non-profit institution, hereinafter referred to as LESSEE, have previously <br />entered into that Lease Agreement dated September 10, 200 I, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Original Lease Agreement", for the use of certain property located at Lake Crook and owned by <br />the City of Paris; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property identified for use by LESSEE pursuant to the Original Lease <br />Agreement and identified in said the Lease Agreement as area numbers One (1), Two (2), Four <br />(4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7) as further depicted on the Lake Crook Hunting District Map <br />attached as Exhibit A to the aforesaid Original Lease Agreement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, LESSEE has expressed an interest in adding the area identified as Area No. <br />8-A on the Lake Crook Hunting Map to the Original Lease Agreement and to manage and <br />maintain Area No. 8-A in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Original Lease <br />Agreement; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE desire to enter into a third Addendum to the aforesaid <br />Original Lease Agreement to reflect the addition of that property described as area number 8-A <br />to the property leased to the Archers for Christ pursuant to the aforesaid Original Lease <br />Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of LESSEE's payment to LESSOR, the sum of <br />Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. LESSOR and LESSEE do hereby enter into this Addendum Number Three to the above- <br />referenced Original Lease Agreement, effective as of the date the last party signs Addendum No. <br />Three, and to amend the aforesaid Original Lease Agreement as provided herein. <br /> <br />2. That the Original Lease Agreement dated September 10,2001, by and between the City <br />of Paris as Lessor and the Archers for Christ as Lessee shall be and is hereby in all things amended <br />to include that property identified as area number 8-A on the Lake Crook Hunting District Map <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and to this Addendum Number Three as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT .A.. <br /> <br />,.-- <br />
