Amend Section 9, "Eminent Domain," to clarify the meaning by deleting antiqu <br />or unnecessary language, particularly regarding procedures apphcable to railroad <br />corporations, so that the entirety of the section following the first sentence shall read: <br />In all cases where the city seeks to exercise tlie power of eminent domain, it <br />may be controlled by the laws authorized or permltted by the constitutlon and <br />laws of this state, or in any manner and form that may be provided by <br />ordinance of the governing body of the city.
