CAPP and ST AP <br />have been the only advocates on those two important issues at the Legislature. In the last month, <br />both Representative Phil King, Chair of the House Regulated Industries Committee, and Senator <br />Troy Fraser, Chair of the Senate Business and Commerce Committee, have indicated that both <br />these issues will be before the Committees for consideration in 2007.
