Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461-9037, for the furnishing and delivery of the following materials: · Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, "Type "A", (Coarse Base) Material · Aggregate Cover Stone (Type B, Grade 4, Uncoated) · Aggregate Cover Stone (Type B, Grade 5, Uncoated) · Aggregate Cover Stone (Type B, Grade 5, Coated) · Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Type "B" (Fine Base) Material · CRS-2 Emulsion Asphalt · Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Type "F" (Fine Mixture) Material · Portland Cement Concrete · Flexible Base Material (Red Rock) · Flexible Base Material (White Rock) · SS-1 Emulsion Asphalt (Tack Oil) · Sand Instructions to bidder Place completed bid form in a sealed envelope addressed as shown on bid form. Clearly mark on the outside of the envelope "Sealed Bid: Street Materials" and return to the Office of the City Manager, City of Paris, 135 1 sl SE, P. O. Box 9037, Paris, Texas 75461 no later than 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 13,2007 at which time all bids will be publicly opened at the City of Paris City Hall Building, 135 1 sl SE, Paris, Texas, read aloud, tabulated and referred to the City Council for consideration.
