Wright, Director of Community Development <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Change Requests <br /> <br />DATE: February 22,2007 <br /> <br />The following zoning change requests will be presented at the March 5,2007, meeting ofthe <br />Planning and Zoning Commission and the March 12,2007, meeting ofthe City Council of the City <br />of Paris for consideration: <br /> <br />1. Shirley Posey is requesting that the property located on Lot 13-F, City Block 324, being <br />located in the 3400 block of Tiger Town Road, be rezoned from an Agriculture District (A) <br />to a One-Family Dwelling District (SF-3) with Special Use Permit (39) Mobile Home. The <br />Comprehensive Plan recommends that this property be zoned Agricultural. <br /> <br />2. Alan Whitley is requesting that the property located on Lot 2, City Block 401, being number <br />6245 Clarksville Road, be rezoned from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial <br />District (C). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this property be zoned <br />Retail/Commercial and Industrial. <br /> <br />3. John Bell is requesting that the property located on Lot 1, City Block 143, being numbers <br />525 and 527 8th Street S.E., be rezoned from a Two Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />Parking District (P). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this property be zoned <br />Moderate Density Residential. <br /> <br />4. G. W. McWaters is requesting that the property located on Lots 1,2,3, and 4, City Block A, <br />and Lots 1,2,3, and 4, City Block B, being located in the 4400 block of Bonham Street, be <br />rezoned from an Agricultural District (A) to a One-Family Dwelling District (SF-2).
