Public Hearing to consider the petition of Alan Whitley for a change in zoning from <br />an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C) on Lot 2, City Block 401, <br />being number 6245 Clarksville Road. <br /> <br />Mayor Manning opened the public hearing and asked for anyone speaking in favor of this <br />item to do so. No one spoke in support of this item. Mayor Manning asked for anyone speaking <br />against this item to do so. With no one speaking, Mayor Manning closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />D.
