It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Show the nearest fire hydrant to the property. Provide dimensions to the property <br />corners. <br />2. Change the Plat name to "Jordan Addition 091". <br />3. Submit a site plan and possibly construction plans (if a fire hydrant is required) to the <br />Engineering Department for review along with the corrected preliminary plat. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: Ernie Clark, Interim City Manager <br />Lisa Wright, Director of Community Development <br />Brandon Chaney, P.E., R.P.L.S., Chaney Engineering Inc. <br />Jalal S.
