It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Change the plat name to "Lamar Plaza 102". <br />2. Dedicate lO-feet of Right-of-Way (ROW) for Lamar Ave., this is an Arterial level <br />roadway requiring 80-feet of ROW. <br />3. Show the nearest fire hydrant with a dimension to the property comer along Lamar Ave. <br />4.
