Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article 11/ of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />IISubstandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br /> <br />A. 401 3rd Street S.W. <br /> <br />B. 459-465 1st Street N.E. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Pike Burkhart, seconded by Susan Scholz to send 4A to <br />the Building and Standards Commission and hold 4B for further investigation. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />5. Consideration of and action on expressing support for the proposed takeover <br />of the Maxey House Museum by the Texas Historical Commission. Motion <br />made to table letter of support by Pike Burkhart, seconded by Susan Scholz. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />6. Receipt of report from the Historic Preservation Officer.
