Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance <br />notice of the subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to <br />appear on the agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the <br />matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with <br />specific factual information. Reconvene in Open Session to authorize further action on the part of the <br />City Attorney regarding those matters discussed in the Executive Session. <br /> <br />11. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />
