<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Homer Plaza 222-A <br /> <br />I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. The original final plat that was <br />submitted had the following errors or omissions that have been corrected. <br /> <br />1. Change the zoning from Commercial to General Retail. <br />2. Add a IO-foot utility easement along Lamar Ave. <br />3. Add a 20-foot building line along Lamar Ave. and a 15-foot building line along the North <br />property line. The side-yard setback is zero. <br />4. Change all ofthe references from "221-A" to "222-A" in the field notes (five total). <br /> <br />A corrected copy has been submitted to the City of Paris.
