Motion carried, 6 ayes - 0 nays. <br /> <br />10. Possible future agenda items. <br /> <br />Mayor Freelen requested an item appointing a Code Enforcement Task Force be placed on the <br />Agenda for the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />11. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 2004-081. <br /> <br />N one were referenced. <br /> <br />12. Information items: <br /> <br />A. Expense report on pool vehicles. <br /> <br />Mayor Freelen noted the expense had been low, but that staff had been using their personal <br />vehicles for city business. Council Member Strathern inquired what type of reimbursement staff <br />received for using their personal vehicles. Gene Anderson told him staff was not reimbursed unless <br />they went out of town and turned in mileage. Council Member Wilson asked Shawn Napier ifhe <br />could do his job without a vehicle and Shawn responded no. <br /> <br />B. Expense report on attorney fees. <br /> <br />13.
