Wright, Director of Community Development <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer / Director of Public Works <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Site Plan for T Shirts Shoppe <br />DATE: August 6, 2007 <br /> <br />We have reviewed the site plan of the above-subject property and have found the following <br />issues that must be addressed: <br /> <br />1. Provide a pavement design report. <br />2. Indicate the size and location of any proposed ground or pole signs. <br />3. Section 10-104 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 requires a minimum 10' x 25' off- <br />street loading area for all retail, commercial, and industrial structures. The loading <br />area shown on the site plan is IS' xIS'. <br />4. Provide the right-of-way and pavement widths for both adjacent streets. <br /> <br />With the exceptions listed above, the site plan contains all ofthe minimum required elements <br />to satisfy the City of Paris site plan requirements. <br /> <br />/lw <br /> <br />cc: Ernie Clark, Interim City Manager <br />Jim Nelson, Nelson Surveying <br />
